HOW DOES A CAREER JOURNEY BEGIN AT BITE?

We act with the philosophy of the right person for the right job. Applications coming from the communication channels we have mentioned to our company are carefully examined for current or potential open positions, and suitable candidates are contacted.

♦ In the first stage, a general interview is made by Human Resources.

♦ Face-to-face interviews are provided for candidates in the same city and online/remote interviews are provided for candidates from outside the city, in order to make evaluations on general issues such as adapting to the company culture, suitability for the job, and past work experiences.

♦ In the second interview, the candidate is evaluated for technical issues together with the manager and Human Resources.

♦ In the last interview; The final decision is announced to the candidate by Human Resources.

♦ With our candidates with whom we are mutually positive in our meetings, the career journey in BITE begins.
